UN To Steal Obama's Gun Confiscation Glory
Yesterday, the NRA called me for an emergency donation. For half a minute, I listened while a pre-recorded, tormented, Wayne LaPierre described how the United Nations was poised to strip Americans of all their firearms, and make gun ownership illegal. The Second Amendment was in imminent demise! What was I being called upon to do? Contribute. Big time. This was the big one. The UN was trumping even Obama's plan to steal our guns! And ripping the 2nd Amendment right out of the Bill of Rights!
After all, as Wayne says, there would be no freedom in the world without the U.S. There would be no U.S. without the Second Amendment. And, there would be no Second Amendment without...yes, the NRA! Simple logic. Little did I know the NRA was the sole guardian of world freedom. And little did I know the 2nd Amendment and the entire Bill of Rights was so vulnerable. It's a wonder the UN hasn't rewritten our entire Constitution by now!
In spite of the imminent collapse of freedom around the world, I declined the request for a donation. I know I might eventually wind up kicking myself as I watch the steel from America's confiscated firearms being melted and refashioned into hammers and sickles to supply the "New" Amerika's slave labor farms and faktories. But I had to warn the NRA that such dishonest ploys for money assumes its members are gullible fools and easily parted from their hard-earned dollars through ridiculous fear tactics. After all, we're not all Chipmunks-on-acid Glenn Beck clones, right, fellow NRAers? Right?

- Good peice Jeff. I'm an NRA member and do think they do good work but, I also don't beliee their hype and Money begging is proper, any more then I believe the government on Health care debacle. Scare tactic's are just that scare tactic's.
